The "Eight Point Gumbo Buck" is the first in the series of "Vegetarian Antler Sculptures." I grew okra and when the pods got over-ripe they formed tine-like hooked shapes. When you are crazy about antlers it's only natural to see that flora and fauna should blend in this unique art-form.
